1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TinyLinks service — whether through the website at tiny-links.com, the Wix Marketplace app, or the Shopify App Store — you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
TinyLinks is a link shortening, QR code generation, and click analytics service. It allows users to:
• Convert long URLs into short, shareable links
• Generate QR codes for those links
• Track click analytics (geography, referrer, device type)
• Manage links and analytics from a dashboard
The Service is available as a standalone web application and as a third-party app on the Wix Marketplace and Shopify App Store.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using TinyLinks you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Account Registration
To access full Service functionality you must authenticate via a supported identity provider (Wix, Shopify, or Clerk). You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at support@tiny-links.com of any unauthorized use
5. Subscriptions and Billing
5.1 Standalone App (tiny-links.com)
Subscriptions purchased through the TinyLinks website are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle collects payment, issues invoices, and handles applicable taxes. Paddle's terms of use and privacy policy apply to payment transactions.
5.2 Wix Marketplace App
Subscriptions purchased through the Wix Marketplace are billed by Wix under Wix's own billing terms. TinyLinks does not process or store your payment information for Wix-billed plans.
5.3 Shopify App Store
Subscriptions purchased through the Shopify App Store are billed by Shopify under Shopify's app billing terms. TinyLinks does not process or store your payment information for Shopify-billed plans.
5.4 General Billing Terms
• Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected)
• Inactive or expired subscriptions will result in your short links being disabled until the subscription is renewed
• Refunds are governed by the billing platform through which you subscribed (Paddle, Wix, or Shopify respectively)
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use TinyLinks to shorten, redirect to, or promote:
• Phishing, fraud, or social-engineering attacks
• Malware, spyware, ransomware, or any malicious code
• Child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits minors
• Pornographic or sexually explicit material (except on platforms where this is explicitly permitted by their policies)
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal weapons
• Illegal drug marketplaces
• Material that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging campaigns
• Any content that violates applicable law
We may remove links and terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
Our rights: TinyLinks, the TinyLinks logo, and all related software, features, and content are owned by or licensed to Slike. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
Your content: You retain ownership of the URLs and content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display your links for the purpose of providing the Service.
8. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Wix, Shopify, and Clerk for authentication, and with geolocation providers for analytics. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party platforms.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UPTIME, ACCURACY, OR SECURITY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TINYLINKS AND SLIKE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support@tiny-links.com. Upon termination, your short links will be disabled and your data will be retained for the period described in the Privacy Policy before deletion.
12. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also be entitled to refer a dispute to an EU-recognized ADR entity or the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Marketplace-Specific Terms
14.1 Wix Marketplace
Use of the TinyLinks Wix app is subject to the Wix App Market Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Wix's terms regarding your use of the Wix platform, Wix's terms govern with respect to the Wix platform.
14.2 Shopify App Store
Use of the TinyLinks Shopify app is subject to Shopify's App Store terms and policies. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Shopify's terms regarding your use of the Shopify platform, Shopify's terms govern with respect to the Shopify platform.
